1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • If the product you received has quality issues or does not match your order, we will provide a return or exchange service.

  • Due to the custom nature of stamp products, unused and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Each order is unique, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind or personal preference). Thank you for your understanding.


2. Incorrect Shipment Handling

  • If we mistakenly shipped the wrong stamp product to you, please contact our customer service team. We will send you the correct product and cover the associated costs.

  • Our customer service team may request photos of the product to verify the issue. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you!


3. Handling of Manufacturing Defects or Flaws

  • If the product you received has manufacturing defects or flaws, please contact us immediately. After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement (same product) without requiring you to return the original item.


4. Returns Due to Customer Error

  • If the issue with your order is due to personal reasons (e.g., selecting the wrong size, style, or design), we will not be able to provide a return or exchange.

  • Please double-check your order details before submitting to ensure accuracy.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once the production process has started or the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before production begins. If the order has already entered production, we will deduct 25% of the order value as a production fee.

7. Return and Exchange Process

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, you will receive a refund within 1-3 business days. Please note that original shipping fees and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Due to vibrations or pressure during shipping, stamp products may have minor cosmetic changes, but this will not affect their functionality.

  • Our stamp products are made from high-quality materials and are trusted by customers worldwide. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Image and Product Differences

  • Product images on the website are for reference only, and the actual product may vary slightly. Due to differences in device displays, we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy, but our production process ensures high-quality output.

5. Custom Products

  • All custom products (including custom text, designs, or sizes) cannot be returned.

  • The clarity and quality of custom stamps depend on the design file you provide. Please ensure you upload a high-quality design file.

  • If there is an issue with your custom stamp order, please contact us. We will provide a solution based on the situation, which may include re-production or a refund.

6. Delivery Time

  • The delivery time provided is an estimated arrival time, and actual delivery may be delayed due to logistics or other factors.

  • Even for different addresses within the same country, arrival times may vary by 1-3 days.

  • If you do not receive your package within a reasonable time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

7. Issue Reporting

  • If you have any questions or issues with the stamp product you received, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

  • If the product has no quality issues (e.g., you simply changed your mind), we cannot accept returns due to the custom nature of the product.
