If the product you received has quality issues or does not match your order, we will provide a return or exchange service.
Due to the custom nature of stamp products, unused and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each order is unique, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind or personal preference). Thank you for your understanding.
If we mistakenly shipped the wrong stamp product to you, please contact our customer service team. We will send you the correct product and cover the associated costs.
Our customer service team may request photos of the product to verify the issue. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you!
If the product you received has manufacturing defects or flaws, please contact us immediately. After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement (same product) without requiring you to return the original item.
If the issue with your order is due to personal reasons (e.g., selecting the wrong size, style, or design), we will not be able to provide a return or exchange.

Once the production process has started or the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before production begins. If the order has already entered production, we will deduct 25% of the order value as a production fee.

The delivery time provided is an estimated arrival time, and actual delivery may be delayed due to logistics or other factors.
Even for different addresses within the same country, arrival times may vary by 1-3 days.
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

If the product has no quality issues (e.g., you simply changed your mind), we cannot accept returns due to the custom nature of the product.
